Recap Continued

My internet went out today for a few hours, so while I had hoped to get some blog reading done, that didn't quite happen.  Oh well!

Here are the links to my remaining trip posts.  What I have left is from Barcelona and Marrakech.

Next Stop Barcelona- After a visit to the Alhambra, we headed by plane up north to Barcelona.  It is so beautiful there, right on the Mediterranean Sea.

Beach and Mountains- In Barcelona you can go right from the beach up to the mountains.  On this day we did just that.  We started our morning by the sea and by the end of the day we could see everything that Barcelona had to offer.

The Good, the Bad and the Really Ugly- Trying to leave Barcelona to Morocco was a nightmare.  Never, EVER fly on Royal Air Maroc.  We were trapped for many hours in the international terminal in Barcelona, but we did finally make it to Marrakech.

Ah, Marrakech- Finally we made it to the ever so exotic Marrakech.  Many beautiful sights to see here and lots of shops.  If you like Moroccan food, then check out this post for a traditional meal with lots of vegetarian goodies.

Palaces and Mosques and Spices, oh my!- Here are pictures from our last day in Marrakech.  There was so much to see and do.  Thankfully we had a great tour guide.

All Good Things Must Come to an End- This is the last of my posts with my family here.  We arrived back to the island on this day after a one night stay in Lisbon.

Thanks again for reading about our adventures.  Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Wow, sounds like a great trip! I soo want to go to Barcelona. If I can spare the money, I'm hoping to do that while I'm out there...but Paris comes first!

I've loved "traveling" with you Melinda - such a great trip. Sorry the airline sucked though!
