Well, I think that sums it up pretty well.  That was certainly an adventure for me.  Can you believe out of all that travel there was only 1 cancelled flight?  I spent months and months planning, and I am really impressed that all in all everything went according to plan.  I am now back to my usual routine, but if all goes as planned, Ryan and I have a little trip planned in the near future.  More on that too come.

Thanks again, and I hope I didn't bore you too much with all my travel posts.  Sooner or later I will get back to more nutrition focused posts, but there are plenty of excellent dietitians out there writing on the topic, so as long as I have something different to offer, I think I will write about that.

QUESTIONS:  Do you plan your trips in advance or are you more of a last minute/see how it goes kind of person?  What is the most extensive trip planning you have have done?  What are your tips for travel and helping things go smoothly?

Loved this post!!!
Only 1 lost item. That's not bad. I hope it wasn't anything too valuable.

Whoa! You sure had a great time in travelling around Europe, Melinda! Europe is known to be one of the best travel destinations in the world. And you’re one lucky gal for having been there for almost a month. Anyway, planning trips in advance allows you to plan it well –from your itinerary down to your budget. Moreover, it allows you to adjust your schedule especially if you and your family are working.
